Mrs. Richard Kendra sued (Mr. Edward Rice) her street mate for intentionally offering His dog a leftover food....
According our reporter Mr. Alexander Kingsford who interviewed the officer in charge of this case said the man "Mr. Edward Rice" stated that he did gave the God a leftover food but didn't plan to do so...
further more he stated that he had over after eating what he prepared and couldn't finish the meal, So he decided to give it to his Dog...
